All our deliveries are handled by Evri, orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day. Please note that we do not ship orders on bank holidays, these orders will be processed the next working day.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a notification to let you know a parcel is on its way. In most cases, you will then receive a second notification to inform you of your one hour delivery window.
To enhance this experience, use the Evri app which you can download here. In the app, you can arrange a safe place, arrange to collect from a local collection point and track your order. Alternatively, you can track your parcel using the following link https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel.
